At DE·VO·TION, we are proud to introduce a newly developed approach to dancer training with aspirations to bridge the gap between concert and commercial dance exploration and studies. Devotions' avant-garde program divides the season into two diversifying semesters: Fall and Spring.

In the Fall semester, our dancers immerse themselves in "concert" contemporary research. This endeavor will provide a live stage production to showcase the dedication and diligence of the dancers' work throughout the semester. While simultaneously providing the young artists with a sense of confidence working within the realms of production elements and the unique styles advanced by concert dance work.

In the Spring semester, we shift gears to a fast-paced, commercial style similar to the dance scene of LA. We bring in top choreographers from the industry to set mesmerizing pieces that Devotion will later present in a live theatre. These experiences equip our dancers with the skills needed to excel in each professional setting.

We prioritize preparing our dancers for real-world success in the dance industry, contributing dancers with the skills and experience needed for professional jobs. While we support and encourage dancers to compete in solos and attend conventions, our emphasis remains on individual growth and readiness for the industry.

At DE·VO·TION, we believe in providing diverse performance opportunities to nurture artistic expression. Alongside live shows, dancers will participate in creating concept videos and starring in creative short films. These experiences not only showcase their talent but also push the boundaries of creativity and exercise professionalism on set, preparing them for the multifaceted demands of the entertainment industry.
